Beautiful lighthouse with an interesting background

Gates are often closed to view lighthouse up close.

This lighthouse is set in Kingsland Point Park on the Hudson River with the Tappan Zee Bridge in the background. The lighthouse is beautiful and the towns of Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow around it are great places to visit- full of gardens and historic mansions. Definitely worth a trip to see it!
