Pros: The lighthouse is undergoing a complete restoration and the volunteers are doing a fantastic job!

If you are in the Rockland area you don't want to miss the Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse. The lighthouse is open for tours every weekend from Memorial Day to Columbus Day from 9 am to 5 pm. Also be sure to visit the Maine Lighthouse Museum at One Park Drive in Rockland. You will be glad you did! The Ken Black Exhibition Hall houses one of the largest collections of lighthouse lenses, foghorns, bells and buoys and Coast Guard artifacts in the United States!
